Covid - 19 Vaccine Information

We are working with the University of Maryland and HRSA to enable anyone that is not vaccinated against the novel COVID-19 virus to be outreached, educated and transported to an approved vaccination site.

About the Program

A grant-funded initiative in Worcester & Somerset Counties

Momentum supports mothers in recovery with wraparound services, stigma reduction, and access to vital care—through RSPPW, SFIR, and CINA programs.
 

Our Programs

RSPPW
 

Wraparound, non-clinical recovery support for women with substance use disorders. Weekly follow-ups, childcare referrals, culturally responsive services.

SFIR

Focuses on systemic barriers to recovery: expungements, vital records, and transportation. Reaching underserved communities including Haitian Creole and Latino women.

CINA - SB512

Early intervention for substance-exposed newborns. Offers assessment, treatment referral, and family support in collaboration with DSS and LDSS.
